The three chefs overcame a series of challenging culinary rounds, showcasing their creativity and individual perspectives through dishes rooted in the richness of Vietnamese culinary heritage.

The Journey of Champion Nguyễn Lê Như Quỳnh

From her early days cooking at a street-side eatery to gaining experience in fine dining, Nguyễn Lê Như Quỳnh has gradually built her journey of discovery in the culinary world.

Speaking with Royal Arctika after being named Champion, Như Quỳnh shared that she still sees herself at the very beginning of her learning journey:

“I still think I’ve only learned about 1% of what there is to know about cooking, and there is still so much ahead for me to discover.”

For Như Quỳnh, dedication and giving her full attention to whatever she chooses to pursue have always been essential. Her victory at Rising Chefs Challenge 2026 marks a memorable milestone in her continued journey of exploring her potential in the culinary world.

A New Culinary Era for Vietnamese Cuisine

Rising Chefs Challenge 2026 comes to a close with memorable contributions from a new generation of chefs who are finding new ways to tell the story of Vietnamese cuisine through a contemporary perspective.

Royal Arctika congratulates Nguyễn Lê Như Quỳnh, Cao Việt, and Nguyễn Quốc Trung on their achievements, while celebrating the creative journeys of all the chefs who took part in the competition.

Although Rising Chefs Challenge 2026 has come to an end, the spirit of exploration, creativity, and the pursuit of new possibilities continues to guide Royal Arctika on the adventures ahead.
