Royal Arctika is proud to partner with Rising Chefs Challenge 2026 as a Co-organizer, helping create a platform for the next generation of chefs while celebrating the creativity and rich heritage of Vietnamese cuisine.
Inspired by hometown stories and regional culinary traditions, the competition encourages young chefs to reinterpret classic Vietnamese dishes through a contemporary lens, blending modern techniques with personal creativity to create new culinary expressions.
The Journey of Rising Chefs Challenge 2026
The competition consists of four stages:
- Application Round: Participants submit their applications online, including a video introducing their competition dish and sharing the creative story behind it.
- Selection Round: The judging panel reviews all submissions and selects the Top 20 contestants. The Top 10 highest-scoring participants advance directly to the Grand Final.
- Public Voting Round: Contestants ranked 11th–20th compete for audience votes to determine the final finalist who will join the Grand Final.
- Grand Final: The Top 11 contestants compete live at the Final Round and Award Ceremony.
Beyond the competition itself, Rising Chefs Challenge 2026 offers mentorship opportunities and valuable connections with leading chefs, industry experts, and F&B partners, providing young culinary talents with a strong foundation for professional growth and the opportunity to contribute to the future of Vietnamese cuisine.
